Amish Zucchini Casserole

Amish Zucchini Casserole

1 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded carrots
1 small onion, chopped
salt, pepper

Combine.  Bake in greased 8"x 8" dish at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
